Health Enhancing Programs
Ongoing classes and health
enhancing programs are currently offered at: The Fix, located in the Cutlery Building in the Bay State
Section of Northampton, Massachusetts. Classes meet on Saturday mornings:
7:30 AM - Awesome Abs
8:00 AM - Total Body Conditioning.
Saturday classes will cease for the months of July and August,
returning in September 2008.
Please suggest your ideas for additional group classes, group
training sessions, or basic training. We are even open to providing
semi-private workouts with a couple of friends!
